The team
Aaron
Aaron started his career in financial services in Moorgate, London, learning the trade and honing his knowledge. Since becoming a Mortgage & Protection Adviser, it is the first time in his working life that he only has one job at a time!
Throughout his career(s), service and quality have been at the forefront of it all, from running analytical teams at Tesco, raising £1,000’s for charity to coaching football in the community, and this ethos and ethic has been brought to his mortgage advice – but without the stuffiness of a suit & tie! If he is not working, he spends time with his family, running around after his two young children, or relaxing on the golf course.
Emma
After starting her career in operations Emma retrained to become a Mortgage & Protections Adviser. She looks after conventional mortgages and has become a specialist in the field of Equity Release. If she doesn’t know it, then it’s not worth knowing!
Her mentality and attitude are 100% aligned with the thinking and approach of Koto. Her welcoming demeanour puts everyone at ease, and she will happily guide anyone through the processes to achieving the desired end result.
Whilst not working, Emma is busy with her energetic young son and dog Kobe – a Highland Terrier with short man syndrome!

Tracey
Tracey has a strong financial services background in credit lending having worked with leading banks like Coutts & Co, Deutsche Bank and South Africa’s largest bank. She later ventured into entrepreneurship, launching and managing several businesses, including one dedicated to teaching children about money, before joining a direct lending platform where she deployed investor funds into property-backed loan opportunities.
After retraining and qualifying as a mortgage adviser, she took on a role with a leading estate agency before finding her perfect match at Koto, where her passion for helping clients and delivering exceptional service fits seamlessly with their ethos.
In her spare time, Tracey enjoys walking her beloved dogs, spending time with friends, or getting lost in a good book. She’s also a proud mum to two ambitious teenagers: a budding entrepreneur and an aspiring professional footballer.
Nikki
Nikki has been working for Koto since 2023. She works in the business as a PA, carrying out all aspects of administration for the team. She works with our clients; to help compile client case files and ensures we are compliant.
Outside of work Nikki lives with her partner, daughter and dog Lily. She also has two guinea pigs, Narla and Dora and a tortoise called Nugget. She has a son who lives with his partner and her two grandchildren. They, and her step grandchildren, are all gorgeous – and keep Nikki busy!
Nikki has a little smallholding, where she has 12 sheep and 6 ducks. She loves the countryside life. She had a horse for 28 years and loves horse riding. She is qualified as a Master Scuba Diver and enjoys scuba diving abroad in the warmer waters, rather than in the UK. She’s still not relaxed when diving with the sharks though!
Nikki loves food, wine and socialising with friends.
